In order to generate a better working environment and for the developers to adapt better and faster to the team or project, a gradual on boarding is carried out to introduce them to the different tasks and jobs.
Throughout the development of the project, we follow up week by week with our developers to make sure that their work is being done correctly, polishing details and correcting errors if there are any.
